It would be very difficult to build a house without any entrances or holes where ants, cockroaches, and mosquitoes can come inside. However, it would be easier if we build a house with a well-plan pest control and rodent management action in order to minimize the frequency of insect party in or around the house. Only when we understand how those tiny insects live their lives and how they find the food sources can we be ensured to handle those problems and provide you with our best pest management services.
General Pest Management is to focus on the two areas: inside and outside the property
Pest Management inside the property
Ants Control
•
To drop liquid bait in the area where ants’ activities are found. (Different type of Bait is to be considered based on ants species and the foraging way where ants are found.)
Cockroaches Control:
•
To place Gel Bait in the area where cockroaches are found and the suspected spots where they sneak into the property.
•
To spray insecticide in the water pipe around the property and the drain in toilet.
Mosquitoes Control:
•
To put the mosquito larva eliminating sand into the pond both inside and outside the house or building to eliminate and stop the growth of mosquito larva.
•
To spray chemical with the use of ULV machine (Ultra Low Volume Sprayer). The ULV machine will spray out the chemical in forms of very small particles and will be in the air within a certain period to knock down the flying bugs.
Pest Management outside the Property
Ants Control:
•
To spray insecticide in the area where ants’ activity is found and where ants are making their foraging way to the food source
•
To place ant control bait where their nest and the ant trail are found.
Cockroaches Control:
•
To spray chemical around the property by focusing on the area where roaches are likely to use as hiding places or where we find marks caused by roaches.
Mosquitoes Control:
•
To put mosquito larva controlling sand into the ponds, fountains, or the waterfall tubs to control numbers of mosquito larvae.
•
To spray chemical with fogging machine in order to get rid of adult mosquitoes in the areas such as water pipe.
Our standard of service:
•
To visit your property every 20 days within the first two months and every 45 days for the rest of the year.
